This section helps players resolve the most common SARD issues and collect logs for support.


Client Startup Issues

Game Doesn't Launch or Closes Instantly

  1. Ensure SARD is installed correctly.
  2. Check if your antivirus or firewall blocks SardUpdater.exe.
  3. Run the game as a Standard User (not Administrator).
  4. Verify the game folder path does not include special symbols or non-Latin characters.
  5. If it still fails, collect logs (see Collecting Logs) and send them to support.

Validation Error (Code 105 / 610 / etc.)

  1. Restart the PC and ensure your internet connection is stable.
  2. Disable VPN or proxy temporarily.
  3. Launch the game again and make sure no debugging tools (e.g., Cheat Engine, Process Hacker) are active.
  4. If the error persists, collect logs and share them with SARD Support.
